Mearra is looking for new Drupal developers to Helsinki, Turku and Valmiera. You should have previous experience in web development, experience in Drupal is also beneficial. Mearra is a training organization and we will teach you everything you need to know about Drupal, agile development, quality assurance and hosting.

Required skills include very good programming skills in at least one language, good understanding of basic web concepts and solid relational database skills. Additional beneficial skills include PHP, XHTML, CSS, Javascript and Linux administration. We value formal training in computer sciences, but it can also be replaced with minimum of 3 years of work experience.

We do all our work in small teams that often include employees from our partner companies, clients and other external people. It is important that you like working together with other people and are at ease with daily direct client contact. That being said we also value personal productivity and encourage working from home instead of doing everything at the office.

World of Drupal is moving very fast and learning new things at work everyday is a requirement. We also encourage personal development on all areas, not just Drupal related things. We value highly writing and speaking skills in both your native language and English. All our employees are encouraged to blog about professional stuff at Mearra blog, have their own sessions at different Drupal events and so on.
